I'm Sundance, and I'm little wight now, cuz I'm just a kitten. I talk a little funny too. But, I'm going to gwow up to be weal big some day. I am waiting for a family to take me home. I sure hope there will be weally nice cats there.

I'm Jordache, and I love adventures and doing exciting things. After a day of running around and exploring, there's nothing better than curling up on my human's lap. When I look at the humans with my big blue eyes, they always smile.

Espree                                                                                                                     29% of story

I am Espree, the cat with the highest rank in this household. Some feel that I am too demanding, but without me to direct the activities, the younger cats would simply be lost. I run a tight ship ... just ask our humans. They truly appreciate my efforts.

Bully Cat                                                                                                                 8% of story

I'm called the "Bully Cat" because I like to tease those wimpy house cats. They have it so easy, with their soft, fluffy beds and regular meals, not to mention the toys and attention. I'm better than they are, and I'll show them.

Human                                                                                                                  3% of story

Some people, well O.K., many people, say I talk too much, especially my teachers, but there's much to be said. My family really likes animals, especially cats and dogs, but even lizards and hamsters, maybe not spiders, though. Don't tell my mom I said this, but I like my cats much more than I do my bratty brother.

Dandy the Fire Dog                                                                                 3% of story

I'm a Dalmatian, and I'm in charge of the fire station. That's right, nothing happens without me. I really like humans, and strangely enough, I have a couple of cat friends. My faithful companion is Abby. Although she doesn't have any spots, we have much in common.

Abby                                                                                                                      1% of story

I am Abby, Dandy's best friend. I also like humans, and I pretty much just want to please everyone. Dandy and I have great fun at the firehouse. It gets exciting now and then, especially when there is a fire!

Narrator                                                                                                           21% of story

As the narrator, I am the master storyteller! It's up to me to keep the story alive and interesting with each exciting detail. So, I must read everything with expression and excitement!
